Connecticut Wildlife Rehabbers are licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. These are a few of the new rehabbers the Center helped in obtaining their license. We are VOLUNTEERS! All expenses from formulas, food, supplies, medical bills, cages and to building outdoor enclosure comes out of the rehabber's wallet.
